SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
To be able to maintain applications across Technologies and business process changes, BEAS employs meticulous processes for information capture and determination. Documentation and access to the application information artifacts is imperative to ensure short-response cycle-times and fast ramp-up when desired. BEAS’s maintenance processes are matured, and incorporates process elements for each activity which can to tailored to align the output service to match the Customer’s demands exactly. Process for knowledge retention and Core team retention ensure stability of the overall maintenance process.
